Anxiety

Anxiety is very popular and general cause of many serious disorders that can cause nervousness, fear, suspicion and worrying. These disorders will affect how we feel and behave; infrequent anxiety is a normal part of life. But the frequent anxiety in a routine life, and irrational fear is a worry these feeling affect on a routine life and difficult to control its start from childhood and remain continues into adulthood. 

Causes of Depression

Nobody can say that what the actual reason of depression is. It is not a simple answer that why the people depressed. Depression can be a combination of different causes and these causes vary from person to person, and same time there’s no serious reason of depression. Identify the risk factors in your life that can be cause of depression and also can help you to find out the solution of your problems. Some risk factors are given below.
           ·         Family problems
           ·         Death or loss of someone close
           ·         Relationship breakup
           ·         Financial pressure
           ·         Unemployment
           ·         Any accident occur in your life
           ·         Some medication
           ·         Work stress
           ·         Natural disaster just like flood, earthquake
           ·         Excessive use of alcohol
           ·         Social isolation
           ·         Lack of sleep
           ·         Poor diet and lack of exercise

Symptoms of Depression

People who suffer the depression illness don’t face the same symptoms. Symptoms of depression and its duration are varying person to person.
Following are some signs & symptoms of the depression
         1.       Feeling empty, Sad and anxious
         2.       Feeling hopeless
         3.       Feeling of cynicism
         4.       Helpless feel
         5.       Left all the activities or hobbies
         6.       Lose the interest in sex
         7.       Eating habits also disturbed
         8.       Attempts of suicide
         9.       Always feel guilty
        10.   Suffer the problem’s if headaches and cramps
  11.   Restless feel

Bipolar Disorder or (Manic- depressive illness)

The form of depression is also known as manic depressive illness.  This form of depression is not common as a major depression or dysthymia. People who suffer bipolar depression experience the stages of extreme high as well as extreme low. 

Seasonal Affective Disorder or (SAD)

SAD is more common type of depression that cans a patient face. A person who faces a depression illness in winter season when the duration of dark hours are more than the sunlight hours might have SAD. The symptoms of SAD go away in spring and summer seasons. These patients normally treated by the light therapy. They sit in front of special light. This type of therapy effective for almost half of all the patients, and some patients needs to Anti- depression medicines or Psychotherapy or both.  

Postpartum Depression or (Postnatal depression)

This depression is much more severe than the “Baby blues” that many women face after the delivery case. When the  hormonal or Physical changes accrued in a human body, and the responsibilities of look after of a new born baby. 10 to 15 percent mothers face this postpartum depression after delivery case or giving birth of baby.

Psychotic Depression

Psychotic Depression arises when a person has serious depression as well as some form of psychosis, such as having troubling false beliefs withdrawing from reality. The Person with be diagnosed with Psychotic.
