Obsessive – Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

OCD patients are connected by a continual thought or fear that cause them to perfume some stereotype or routines thoughts that can be disturbed you are called obsessive and the stereotype are called compulsive.

  1. I believe some factors that influence mental health include the lack of knowledge that we as humans have the unique ability to pick what thoughts we focus on. Very often with depression for example negative thoughts are predominantly swirling through ones mind, unless there is a conscious change made they will continue and bring more of the same life experience that is causing the depression in the first place.
