Reasons of Motivation

There are many differences between those who reach their goals and who those who cannot achieve the destination. Motivation is also a reason in the difference. If you are motivate you will try to achieve the goal. If you keep going eventually you will achieve your goals.


Some reasons are given below in which a person need to motivate.

  •       Fear of failure
  •       Low self esteem

  •       Delay in decision
  •       Setting the wrong goals
  •             Anxiety & Phobias



Motivation

Motivation word has been come from the word “motive” which means to communicate about to do or not to do something. Motivation defined the process of provocative the people to take the desired program. Motivation process starts with at the awareness of need. For instance if a person feel hunger he define the measure to satisfy his hunger. He works to earn money to buy food and use the food for satisfaction. After the satisfaction of on desire he may feel a new desire for something more. 

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

Generalized Anxiety disorder or GAD is a most common Anxiety disorder. In this type of anxiety patient always feel himself on the edge of worry, anxious or stress. If you have generalized anxiety disorder you will feel worry about the same things that other people do: health issue, money, family problems, or difficulties in work, a small example of GAD or generalized Anxiety disorder is if you call to a friend that is not immediately returns this situation become a GAD anxiety and the relationship is in trouble. 

Specific Phobias

A specific phobia is an extreme and pre-posteriors fear of something that is not actual danger. Some of most common specific phobias that can a person suffer are heights, driving of highway, water, dogs, flying, mines, and escalators. These things are not such fear. But the people who face the specific phobia from any one thing or more are irrational fear of a specific thing. These types of phobias are appearing in childhood and remain into adulthood. Main causes of those specific phobias are not well understood, but same evidence that these types of phobias are develop from families.

Social Anxiety Disorder

Social anxiety disorder is also known as a social phobia. If you have a enervate fear that you are seen negatively by the other and you feel embarrassed in the public so you may a social phobia or social anxiety disorder. In this type of disorder patient can worry for days are months before a tough situation. This fear may become so serious that it can make a trouble with work, school, and other daily routine activities. During the social phobia patient have some physical symptoms like profuse sweating, trembling, blushing and feel difficulty in talking to others.

Post – Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

This type of disorder is most serious anxiety disorder that can happened after a disquieting or a painful event. Just like sudden or unexpected death of love one, accident or natural disorder. In this disorder people affect psychologically as well as physically.

Obsessive – Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

OCD patients are connected by a continual thought or fear that cause them to perfume some stereotype or routines thoughts that can be disturbed you are called obsessive and the stereotype are called compulsive.
